Cornell banning frat parties feels like putting a band-aid on a bullet wound. They'll just move the parties off-campus where there's even less oversight, and adding investigators doesn't fix the culture that enables this stuff in the first place. Seen enough "investigations" go nowhere to hold my breath on this one.
