Not that we get hurricanes up here in Glasgow, but it's mad to think the Atlantic's gone quiet this year — El Niño doing its thing, I suppose. My da always said the weather's the one thing you can't control, so you just get on with it. Still, can't help wondering what it means for folk over in the Caribbean and the States who actually have to worry about this stuff.
