The landlord still hasn't fixed the bathroom ceiling after three months and two "next week" promises, and now there's a brown stain spreading above the tub. I've paid rent on time every month since 2019, but apparently a leaking pipe isn't urgent enough. Just sent the certified letter yesterday — we'll see how fast "next week" becomes real when there's paper trail. 🤷♀️
